Indigo Construction
Indigo Construction LLC is a Sioux Falls-area construction company started in November 2023 and run by its owner, Trent Allen. Egress windows are the specialty: cutting new openings into basement foundations, enlarging old ones, and setting the wells and ladders that make them a real way out.
The rest of what we do grows out of that. A new egress window is usually the first step toward a new basement bedroom, and a bedroom needs framing, drywall, trim, doors and flooring.

How we work
- The owner is on the job. Trent walks the site before the quote and is responsible for the finished work.
- Code first. Openings are built to the escape-opening rules of the town they're in, and permitted where the city requires it.
- Outside and inside. The same crew digs the well and trims the window, so nothing falls between trades.
- Free estimates. A visit and a written scope before any work starts.
